Our folks found the Canadian Gulf Islands, over 200 islands between Vancouver Island and the city of Vancouver some 30 years ago. They fell in love purchased a “fishing shack”. Every summer they would head up getting out of the heat of California. They enjoyed fishing, water aerobics, walking, exploring, fantastic food, family and friends visiting, and just the relaxed island life. For many years I flew or drove up celebrating my birthday with them. Many fantastic memories with them, family and friends at the house.
